FAIR Referral Program
Learn more about our FAIR referral program
Parents and advocates of children facing school discipline challenges, specifically long-term suspension or expulsion, can seek support through our FAIR (Fairness, Advocacy, & Individualized Representation) Project. For children referred to FAIR, we provide free one-on-one coaching, training, and resources to help parents and others advocate confidently during school discipline proceedings for a child’s right to education. In some cases, we may also connect the child with an attorney who can represent the child at no charge.
