Online Advocacy Training

We’ve designed a free online training course for parents and guardians, advocates, caseworkers and attorneys advocating in school hearings for children in foster care.  Although designed specifically for those working with children in foster care, all caregivers and advocates will find helpful information in Advocating for Children in Foster Care.

The eight modules of the course are divided into two sections:

• Part A: School Disciplinary Hearings (modules 1-4)
• Part B: Manifestation Determination Reviews (modules 5-8)
