Join Our Team: Operations & Communications Coordinator

Georgia Appleseed is looking for an Operations & Communications Coordinator to support our communications, events, and organizational systems.
This full-time position is based in our Atlanta office (with some hybrid work flexibility) and is a great fit for someone interested in nonprofit social justice work, operations and systems, and clear communications. The Ops-Comms Coordinator will work closely with senior staff to keep our internal systems, publications, and events running smoothly and aligned with our mission to advance justice for Georgia’s children.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling communications calendars and workflows
Coordinating publications, social media accounts and analytics
Supporting events across Georgia, including materials, invites, and logistics
Maintaining and improving internal filing systems and operating procedures

Salary range: $55,000–$62,500, with excellent benefits.
Location: This full-time position is in Atlanta, GA (near Truist Park), with a combination of remote and in-office work, plus occasional travel throughout Georgia as needed.
