Georgia Appleseed Center for Law & Justice is hiring a Data & Case Management Support Assistant to help support our work assisting K–12 students and families navigating school-related challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate records, working with data, and supporting a team that improves outcomes for children across Georgia.

What You’ll Do
As the Data & Case Management Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role supporting our legal team by maintaining accurate case records and helping ensure our case management system stays complete and up to date. You’ll work directly with parents, grandparents, and other caregivers to:
- Open and organize case files in our case management system.
- Enter case-related data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow-up calls to gather information about student outcomes and services received.
- Document case information clearly and consistently.
- Identify and flag missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information in case records.
- Support staff with occasional administrative tasks as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, communicating professionally with families, and helping systems run smoothly behind the scenes.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional who is:
- Skilled at maintaining accurate records and managing information.
- Comfortable communicating professionally and respectfully by phone.
- Experienced using databases, CRMs, case management systems, or similar recordkeeping systems (preferred).
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable managing assigned tasks independently.
Prior experience in nonprofit, legal, education, healthcare, social services, or administrative support is helpful but not required.
