We developed this handbook for school district administrators to describe how Georgia schools can offer successful school-based behavioral health (SBBH) services that complement existing frameworks of academic support. The handbook reviews basic program models, and primary legal, funding, and operational concerns for schools and school districts when establishing SBBH programs.
