Bob is a forensic accountant skilled in leading complex internal investigations involving accounting and regulatory matters. He has led teams of forensic accountants and computer forensics specialists in the identification, collection, and analysis of responsive documents and electronically stored information.
In addition, Bob has significant experience in disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions such as purchase price adjustments, earn-out calculations and other post-closing disputes. Services included investigating and analyzing hundreds of proposed adjustments, drafting arbitration briefs supporting the company's positions, or acting as an expert or neutral arbitrator in the dispute resolution process.
Bob is a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He holds a B.A. in economics from Colby College, and a M.S. in professional accounting from University of Hartford.
